GMK측에서도 그리고 긱핵쪽에서도 배송의 어려움등으로 인해 

개개인의 참여보다는 키매냐 단체의 MOQ로 참여해주길 원하고 있습니다.

Preface

We are establishing our relationship with GMK Electronics as a community, rather than a vendor.  At the moment, I am acting as the single point of contact (with lysol's technical expertise at my hand) as a means of effectively communicating with GMK.  

While it's understandable that many of you would like to begin running GBs or custom keys with them, they are extremely busy at this moment producing orders for individual retailers, industrial manufacturers and whoever else out there that has a lot of capital.  Our goal here is to understand the process more than anything and contribute that knowledge to our future GB leaders.

 

With that being said, GMK has still found room in their busy schedule to make time allocations for our community.  The caveat here is that they can only produce certain items.  These items include novelty keys, modifier sets, and smaller things like that.  Given the time constraints, this project is going to be managed and micromanaged as much as we can.

TL;DR:  Be nice, be prompt and be aware.  We don’t have time to dilly dally, so choose your colors and pay your invoice within 48 hours after the GB closes.

Objective

We are gathering your opinions on color combinations for the specific sets below and nothing else.  We have designated the 4 products that will be commissioned to GMK for production.

Voting on Keycap Sets

We will be voting on colors and deciding a SINGLE color variant for each set, except the CMYK set.  For example, if the highest rated color for the modifier kits was Purple, the only modifier set you can buy in the GB is Purple.

1.Esc Bundle: Top 3 colors variations will be chosen.

2.Modifier Pack:  1 color variation will be chosen.

3.CMY-K Pack:  No color voting.

4.Number Row Pack:  1 color variation will be chosen.

Esc Bundle: You’ll get a pack of three (3) Esc keycaps in the nominated colors.

• 3x Esc Keycaps

Modifier Pack (textless legends):  Full modifier set that should please Moogle and Tsangan set users.  Does NOT include spacebar.

• Shift (4 keys):  1.25, 1.75, 2.25, 2.75
• Ctrl (6 keys; 2x each):  1.0, 1.25, 1.5
• Alt (6 keys; 2x each):  1.0, 1.25, 1.5
• Windows (4 keys; 2x each):  1.0, 1.25
• Menu (2 keys):  1.0, 1.25
• Tab (1 key):  1.5
• Caps Lock (2 keys):  Stepped, Full-touch
• Enter (2 keys):  ANSI 2.25, ISO
• Backspace (1 key):  2.0
• Fn (3 keys):  1.0, 1.25, 1.5

CMY-K Pack (textless legends):  Similar to the RGB sets, these will correspond as described below with black legends, no text.

• Shift – Yellow (4 keys):  1.25, 1.75, 2.25, 2.75
• Ctrl – Magenta (6 keys; 2x each):  1.0. 1.25, 1.5
• Alt – Cyan (6 keys; 2x each):  1.0, 1.25, 1.5

Number Row Pack:  From the tilde to the plus, similar to the original RA experimental set number row keys.

• 13 keycaps total from ~ to +.

*7x Spacebars:  If we offer this, they will only be available in beige, black and Dolch grey.

Price and MOQ

We don’t have pricing and MOQ for full sets yet, but we plan to inquire about it in the next couple weeks.  

In order for us to receive a quote, we had to give sample colors because prices do deviate depending how easily they can get the colors.  We primarily chose either green, purple or brown for starters based on their original samples and feedback from the thread.  Of course, these are subject to change based on the polling but that shouldn’t deviate the price to any significant degree per set.

Esc Bundle (3x Esc keycaps)

• Quoted Colors:  Green, Purple, Brown with White Legends
• MOQ:  500 sets (i.e. 1500 keycaps)
• Price:  $5.76 per set

Modifier Pack (31 keycaps, different sizes)

• Quoted Colors:  Purple, Brown with White Legends
• MOQ:  400 sets
• Price:  $23.68 per set for either color

CMY-K Pack (16 keycaps, different sizes)

• Quoted Colors:  Cyan, Magenta, Yellow with Black Legends
• MOQ:  400 sets
• Price:  Unknown at the moment.  There was confusion around what we wanted here so a new quote for this should be available tomorrow.

Number Row Pack (13 keycaps)

• Quoted Colors:  Purple, Brown with White Legends
• MOQ:  400 sets
• Price:  $15.50 per set for either color
