To whom it may concern
we have made reservation for 4 nights and 5 days
from May 27th to May 31st. The reservation is for the
Courtviw room under name of Me-yae, Lee and Eun-jung Do
We have chosen to stay at the Harbour Plaza Hong Kong through
Cathy Pacific Supercity Package.
We were told that one of the Harbour Plaza Hong Kong's extra service is
a upgrade to a Harbourview Room.

Here are some of our queries
1. When we get to Harbour Plaza Hong Kong on the 27th of May,
   can we get the upgrade service for staying in the harbourview room?
2. If we cannot get the service for free can we pay extra cost
   to stay in the harbourview room
3. Please tell out the how much the extra cost will be to upgrade
   to a harbourview room
