셀러가 메일을 보내왔는데 정확히 해석하기가 좀 애매하네요.

지금 상황이 페이팔로 돈을 두 번으로 나눠서 보내기로 했는데

셀러가 먼저 보낸 돈을 거부한 상태입니다.

Please pay money into your account and transfer the
money over.

I am not paying huge fees because you cannot pay in
the correct manner.

Please do this properly or I will claim back the fees, re-list
the item and leave negative feedback.
