Maybe the rarest IBM Model M keyboard is the
Industrial Space Saving variant. I only have seen 6 for sale ever in my time as a collector, put for sale on ebay by one dealer and sold within hours. Clickykeyboards also seems to have sold one.
However, it turns out Unicomp has a pile of
top covers for Industrial Space Savers lying around after someone inquired about them. Apparently there are no bottom parts available. I contacted them and ordered five for $7.50 each, and they included the little logos.
