Nice setup, but it looks quite strange without neither keyboard nor mouse on the table.
How did you make it wireless?

Belkin wireless USB hub + 12v to 230v adaptor + batterypack (10x1.2v) + a car cigarette lighter...Only goes a few hours. USB hub uses 5w. I just bought a big ass battery with 17Ah capacity, butI need to fix that in the chair yet (it's over 5kg!). Highly inefficient mod, but it works.

Did you put the PC body into the pedestal?
No, the PC is in another room, with long cables running through the wall. Completely noiseless ;)
what are those foot pedals for?
The pedals are a DataHand accessory as seen here. Provides an alternative to shift between different DataHand modes.
