Kineses Contoured Advantage modification? - English Board

Can some tell me about his keyboard with the (IBM) touchpad? The manufacturer, Kinesis, does not make it with the touchpad integrated. Is this a mod or Photoshopped?

I had noticed that mod before too... really great work on the plastic. It looks almost like it was a retail item.

Thanks for the links, I appreciate it. These mods are impressive. Really interesting for me. My original motivation is that I already have the board and enjoy it. Would like to split the board into two halves to use on each arm of the office chair. Not certain how to wire it yet. Wanted to add touchpad pointing too.

I tried the Evolution in a store 5 years ago, it worked surprisingly well. That started the separation idea for the Contoured Advantage. I have a Kinesis Freestyle that is separated, but I want the non-staggered keys and bowl shape of the Contoured. I know this keyboard has been split, but I haven't found any pictures of it.

I know that several people have actually split the Contoured into 2 halves. Has anyone seen this or have any information on this?
